Air-Dry Moisture Analyzers are suitable for most gas and some liquid applications. They are available in several configurations to provide a calibrated read out in any or all of the following units from a single analyzer:

Each Moisture Analyzer incorporates advanced amplification signal conditioning and linearization concepts, and monitors the variation of the electrical capacitance of the sensor as it changes with moisture. The Analyzer uses a set of "curve fitting" algorithms under microprocessor control which adjusts the system to conform to non-linearities (inherent with aluminum oxide sensors) to a high degree or accuracy. Storage of sensor calibration data is accomplished with a plug in EPROM. Three standard models are available. The basic unit provides calculation and display of Multiple Measurement Units, as follows:

Provides user selectable units of measurement in Dew Point °C or °F; PPM by Volume, PPM by Weight; lb/MMCF, to be displayed via Front Panel Keyboard input. System pressure and molecular weight of the carrier gass are also input to the hygrometer via the Front panel keyboard and allow for psychrometric data reduction.
Display of average moister reading, rate of change reading, maximum reading, and minimum reading provided.
Other standard features include:
"Display Test" assures that all digital display segments are operable.
Sensor gross failure circuit causes digital display to flash "FAIL."
Microprocessor-based electronics.
